I know what it looks like to hold everything together on the outside while quietly falling apart on the inside.

If you’re here, chances are you’re the woman people describe as strong. Capable. Put together. You lead at work, you show up for your family, you’re rooted in your faith, and on paper, everything looks fine.

But you’re tired in a way that sleep doesn’t fix.

You’re anxious in a way that achievement doesn’t quiet.

And you’ve been carrying it so long, you’re not even sure what “okay” is supposed to feel like anymore.

I built this practice for you, because I’ve been you.

And I know what it takes to actually heal, not just cope.

I spent years doing what high-achieving women do: excelling, producing, performing, and calling it purpose.

I checked every box. I showed up. I stayed faithful. And I kept going long after my body and my spirit were telling me to stop. What I called discipline, my nervous system called survival. What I called drive, my body was calling distress.

Burnout didn’t announce itself. It crept in the spaces between the accomplishments, in the irritability I couldn’t explain, the exhaustion that rest didn’t touch, the quiet disconnection from the God I was still showing up to serve.

It took my own healing journey to understand something that now shapes everything I do with clients: the mind, the body, and the spirit are not separate problems to manage. They are one story, and they have to heal together.

That’s what I bring into every session, every program, and every resource I create. Not just clinical tools. Not just scripture. But the integration of both, meeting you in your whole self, the way God designed you to be known.

WHAT HEALING LOOKS LIKE HERE

A lot of mental health care asks you to think your way out of what you’re experiencing. And while that matters, it’s only part of the picture.

Your body holds your stress: the tightness in your shoulders, the way you stop breathing when your inbox fills up, the exhaustion that hits the moment you finally sit still. Healing has to include the body, not just the mind.

At the same time, your faith isn’t separate from your mental health. It’s a resource. Scripture, prayer, and your relationship with God aren’t things we set aside in the therapy room; they’re tools we bring in. I believe God designed you for wholeness, and that integrated care honors that design.

So whether you’re working with me in therapy, coaching, or inside a self-paced program, you can expect three things:

WHAT TO EXPECT

  1. You’ll be seen in your fullness.

  2. The work will be grounded in evidence.

  3. You’ll leave with more than insight.

Mission

At Under Cultivation Christian Therapy & Coaching, we believe God never intended His daughters to live from a place of chronic depletion.

Our mission is to help high-achieving Christian women restore the capacity to faithfully steward the lives, relationships, gifts, and callings God has entrusted to them.

Through faith-informed therapy, coaching, whole-person wellness, and evidence-based practices, we guide women from survival toward sustainable rhythms of resilience, restoration, and peace.

We believe restoration is not a reward for finishing the work; it is part of the work God calls us to do.

Core Beliefs

We Believe...

  • God cares for the whole person.

  • Healing includes mind, body, and spirit.

  • Rest is an act of faithful stewardship.

  • Boundaries protect what God has entrusted to us.

  • The nervous system is part of God's design, not separate from our faith.

  • Lasting change happens through small, faithful practices.

  • God often restores capacity before expanding calling.
