Healing goes beyond merely reflecting on past experiences; it involves understanding and releasing the deep-seated tension that your nervous system may still be clinging to. I specialize in guiding women on their journey to recover from trauma by utilizing a holistic therapy approach that nurtures both the mind and the body, facilitating a comprehensive healing experience.
Your Body Remembers What You’ve Worked So Hard to Forget.
Helping women heal from trauma by restoring
mind-body balance through integrative trauma therapy, lifestyle support,
and nervous system regulation.
I’m Dr. Sadairea August, a Licensed Clinical Christian Therapist with dual doctorates in Biblical Psychology and Integrative Healthcare Sciences. My life’s work is to help women heal from trauma, not just emotionally, but physically and spiritually, by addressing the whole person: body, mind, and spirit.
With specialized training in attachment theory, nervous system regulation, codependency and narcissistic abuse recovery, and mental health and nutrition, I use a Christ-centered, integrative approach that honors both science and Scripture. I believe true healing isn’t one-dimensional, transformational, rooted in God’s truth and supported by practical, evidence-based care.
But beyond the titles and training, I’m a woman who has walked through the wilderness of trauma and come out restored. I know the exhaustion of survival mode, and the beauty of wholeness through grace. It’s not just possible. It’s promised. My mission is to help you move from fragmentation to fullness, from just coping to fully thriving, because healing is your inheritance in Christ.

You feel emotionally numb or easily overwhelmed.
You’re tired, anxious, or constantly on edge, but can’t explain why.
You’ve tried to "move on," but your body says otherwise.
Your sleep, digestion, or mood seem stuck in survival mode.
This isn’t failure, it’s fragmentation. And healing is possible.
