I hold a doctorate in Integrative Healthcare Sciences, am a certified Hormone Health Specialist, and am a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach. Beyond these credentials, I’m a woman who has personally experienced this journey.

For years, I silently struggled with hormone imbalance, facing issues like unexplained weight gain, thinning hair, low energy, and a decline in confidence that affected every aspect of my life.
